GIG Ekonomi: Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional Dalam Pasar Kerja Indonesia
Abstract
Masa pandemik covid telah merubah pola perilaku masyarakat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup termasuk bekerja. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa pada ekonomi digital bagi semua negara termasuk Indonesia. Keberadaan digitalisasi ekonomi juga berdampak pada perubahan pola fikir angkat bekerja untuk masuk dalam pasar kerja. Besarnya nilai barang digital dibandingkan nilai barang lainya menunjjan bahwa peran Gig ekonomi merupakan perwujudan dari perluasan pekerjaan melalui teknologi. Jumlah pekerja gig ekonomi bersumber dari angkatan kerja produktif yang memiliki pendidikan tinggi dan banyak terjun dalam sector logistik.
